Position Duties:
- The PO Manager is responsible for organising, monitoring and reviewing the workflow in the Presidency Office;
- He/She will be expected to supervise or manage a team, allocate roles, train and issue assignments and projects;
- In addition, the Manager is required to support the President, Vice-President and Secretary to execute their activities;
- The Manager is also tasked with the administrative work of the department;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Previous experience of team management is an asset;
- Ability to work with Google business products is desirable.
Position Duties:
- The collaborator will be in charge of producing and curating MEA’s feedback for the European Commission on specific legislative proposals;
- He/She will be part of MEA’s Consultations Task Force (CTF), a special group of experts and young professionals working for MEA’s Presidency Office;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Excellent formal/academic writing skills (English);
- Ability to work in teams;
- Previous experience of public policy analysis is an asset;
- Ability to work with Google business products is desirable.
Position Duties
- The Assistant is tasked with the administrative work of the Department;
- The HR Assistant is required to support the Department Director and Manager;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office package and Google Drive applications required;
- Excellent communication skills required.
Position Duties:
- The Director’s Assistant is required to support the Director to achieve the aims of the Department;
- The Director’s Assistant will be tasked with the administrative work of the Department;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- An excellent knowledge of MS Office package and Google Drive applications is required;
- The Director’s Assistant is expected to have excellent communication skills.
Position Duties:
- The Assistant develops fundraising campaigns and manages the fundraising page on MEA’s website;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basics of direct marketing and individual donation programmes;
- Knowledge of charity fundraising databases;
- Experience in the development of fundraising campaigns;
- Prior experience in managing fundraising pages.
Position Duties:
- Social Media Assistant is required to support the Manager in executing all social media activities;
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- Good command of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin);
- Experience in content management;
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Knowledge in designing and implementing social media strategies to align with MEA’s goals;
- Experience in collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders, from various backgrounds and professions, such as marketing and PR, to ensure brand consistency.
Position Duties:
- Will be responsible in creating video footage for the NGO, this includes planning, creating and editing the video content;
- Experience in collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders, from various backgrounds and professions;
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills/Requirements:
- A strong creative background;
- Excellent communication skills required;
- Prior experience in creating videos (we would love to see your previous work);
- Knowledge in using video editing programs;
- Basic knowledge of the functioning of Non-governmental/Non-profit Organisations.
Position Duties
- Is responsible for the Country Managers and European Stars within their Region
- The Regional Manager is responsible for organising, monitoring and reviewing the workflow in their region and the Department
- He/She is expected to support the Director in executing activities for the Department
- He/She is expected to support the Country Managers in organizing their teams and executing their activities
- He/She is responsible to take over the responsibilities of a Country Manager if a country in their region is without management
- Represent MEA in a professional and responsible manner
- Spread the word to find potential Country Managers within the region
Skills/Requirements
- Physically located within the region he/she desires to represent
- Excellent communication skills required
- Previous experience in team management is desirable
- Ability to work with Google business products is desirable
- Experience in collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders, from various backgrounds and professions, such as Social Media and Partnerships
